رابطه سبک‌های فرزندپروری و سبک‌های انضباطی با جرأت‌ورزی دانش‌آموزان

چکیده

جرأت‌ورزی یکی از مؤلفه‌های مهم روابط و مهارت‌های اجتماعی است که می‌تواند تحت‌تأثیر عوامل مختلف از جمله سبک‌های فرزندپروری و انضباطی قرار بگیرد. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطة بین سبک‌های فرزندپروری و سبک‌های انضباطی مدیران و معلمان با جرأت‌ورزی دانش‌آموزان انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش توصیفی- همبستگی (از نوع رگرسیون) بود که از بین دانش‌آموزان دورة متوسطة دوم شهر زابل در سال تحصیلی 1395-1394 به شیوة نمونه‌گیری تصادفی- طبقه‌ای متناسب با حجم تعداد390 دانش‌آموز از طریق سه پرسش‌نامة سبک‌های فرزندپروریدیانابامریند (1972)، جرأت‌ورزی گمبریل و ریچی (1975) و سبک‌های انضباطی درک شدة مدیران و معلمان رمضانی (1389) مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. برای تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد بین سبک فرزندپروری سهل‌گیرانه با جرأت‌ورزی، رابطه‌ای وجود ندارد (05/0p>)؛ اما بین سبک فرزندپروری مقتدرانه با جرأت‌ورزی رابطة مثبت و معنادار و بین سبک فرزندپروری مستبدانه با جرأت‌ورزی رابطة منفی معناداری وجود دارد (01/0p<). نتایج رگرسیون نیز نشان داد که سبک‌های‌ فرزندپروری 9/50 درصد از واریانس جرأت‌ورزیرا تببین می‌‌کنند. یافتة‌ دیگر این مطالعه نشان داد که بین سبک انضباطی غیرمداخله‌ای با جرأت‌ورزی، رابطه‌ای وجود ندارد (05/0p>)؛ اما بین سبک انضباطی مشارکتی با جرأت‌ورزی رابطة مثبت و معنادار و بین سبک انضباطی مستبدانه با جرأت‌ورزی، رابطة منفی و معنادار وجود دارد (01/0p<). نتایج رگرسیون نیز نشان داد، سبک‌های‌ انضباطی 3/54 درصد از واریانس جرأت‌ورزیرا تببین می‌‌کنند. بر‌اساس یافته‌ها، برگزاری دورة‌ فرزندپروری برای والدین و دورة سبک‌های انضباطی برای مدیران و معلمان مدارس، به‌منظور افزایش جرأت‌ورزی دانش‌آموزان پیشنهاد می‌شود.

Assertiveness is an important component of social relationships and social skills that can be influenced by various factors such as parenting styles and discipline styles. Thus this study aimed to investigate the relationship between parenting styles and discipline styles with assertiveness of students was conducted. The research method was descriptive-correlation (the regression type). That among high school students in the city of Zabol in the academic year 2015-2016. A stratified random sampling of 360 students that through three parenting styles questionnaire responded Diana (1972), Dare Interrupt Gambrills and Ritchie (1972) and disciplinary practices perceived Ramezani (2010) were studied. To analyze the data, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression were used. Results showed Permissive parenting style is associated with assertiveness (p>0.05). But between authoritative parenting style with assertiveness positive and significant relationship and there is a significant negative relationship between authoritarian style of assertiveness (p<0.01). The regression results also showed that parenting styles explain their assertiveness 50.9 percent of the variance. Another finding of this study showed that there is no significant relationship between discipline styles Forty-with assertiveness (p>0.05). But between disciplinary partnerships style with assertiveness there is positive and significant relationship and there is significant negative relationship between arbitrary disciplinary styles with assertiveness (p<0.01). The regression results also showed that 54.3 disciplinary styles percent of the variance explain their assertiveness. According to the results, parenting holding courses for parents and recommended disciplinary styles courses for administrators and teachers.
