رابطه بی‌تفاوتی اخلاقی با عدم صداقت تحصیلی دانشجویان: نقش میانجی نگرش مذهبی

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه بی‌تفاوتی اخلاقی با عدم صداقت تحصیلی دانشجویان با نقش میانجی نگرش مذهبی بود. طرح پژوهش همبستگی و از نوع معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه مورد مطالعه پژوهش را کلیه دانشجویان دختر و پسر مقطع کارشناسی دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان خوزستان در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 تشکیل دادند. نمونه پژوهش شامل 268 دانشجو، که با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. افراد نمونه به پرسشنامه‌های، بی‌تفاوتی اخلاقی‌ (بندورا و همکاران، 1996)، نگرش مذهبی (گلریز و براهنی، 1353) و عدم صداقت تحصیلی (مک کاب و تری وینو، 1996)، پاسخ دادند. تحلیل داده‌ها با روش الگویابی مدل معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Spss و Amos نسخه 26 انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که بی‌تفاوتی اخلاقی بر عدم ‌صداقت تحصیلی اثر مستقیم و مثبت (416/0β=، 001/0p<) و بر نگرش مذهبی اثر مستقیم و منفی دارد (258/0-β=، 001/0p<) دارد. همچنین، نگرش مذهبی بر عدم ‌صداقت تحصیلی دارای اثر مستقیم و منفی (17/0-β=، 023/0p<) و بین بی‌تفاوتی اخلاقی و عدم صداقت تحصیلی دارای نقش میانجی است (44/0β=، 001/0p<) . با توجه به نتایج می‌توان گفت، عدم صداقت تحصیلی به واسطه ارتباط با بی‌تفاوتی اخلاقی و نگرش مذهبی می تواند دچار تغییر شود که توجه به اخلاق و ارتقاء نگرش مذهبی در محیط‌های آکادمی می‌تواند در کاهش عدم صداقت تحصیلی موثر باشد.

چکیده [English]

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between moral disengagement and academic dishonesty of students with the mediating role of religious attitude. The design of the research was correlational and structural equations. The study population of the research comprised all male and female undergraduate students of Farhangian University of Khuzestan province in the academic year 2023-2024. The research sample includes 268 students, who were selected by stratified random sampling method. The sample answered the questionnaires about moral disengagement (Bandura et al., 1996), religious attitude (Golriz and Brahni, 2013), and academic dishonesty (McCobb and Terry Vino, 1996). Data analysis was done by structural equation modeling using Spss and Amos version 26 software. The results showed that moral disengagement has a direct and positive effect on academic dishonesty (β=0.416, p<0.001) and has a direct and negative effect on religious attitude (β=0.258, p<0.001). Also, religious attitude has a direct and negative effect on academic dishonesty (β=-0.17, p<0.023) and has a mediating role between moral disengagement and academic dishonesty (β=0.44, p<0.001). According to the results, it can be said that academic dishonesty can be changed due to the connection between moral indifference and religious attitude and that paying attention to ethics and promoting religious attitudes in the academic environment can be effective in reducing academic dishonesty.
