The purpose of the current research was to investigate how to achieve learning while teaching for teachers based on the teachers' own lived experiences in elementary school. To achieve this goal, critical paradigm and qualitative approach with descriptive phenomenology strategy were used. The field of research included male and female primary school teachers in Sanandaj city, and the available sampling method was used with the researcher-made semi-structured in-depth interview tool to collect information until reaching the degree of saturation with 15 people. To analyze the data, open and axial coding was used. Findings in the main theme include: how to achieve "learning while teaching for teachers" in five sections and "how to learn material by the teacher while teaching" in 10 categories, "how to master a subject while teaching the same subject" in six categories , "How to understand the teacher's problems in the taught subject area" in seven categories, "The result of using teaching a subject to learn the same subject" in 10 categories. Based on the findings, it can be stated that learning while teaching is one of the active learning methods, which is considered a type of creative brainstorming that can deepen the findings and discover a part of his own mentality in addition to the teacher learning from himself.
