بررسی عوامل فردی یا روانشناختی موثر بر پدیده خودآسیب زنی نوجوانان: یک مطالعه کیفی

چکیده

رفتارهای آسیب رسان به خود در دوره حساس نوجوانی افزایش یافته است، لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی عوامل فردی یا روانشناختی موثر بر پدیده خودآسیب زنی در نوجوانان انجام شد. روش پژوهش کیفی بود و بر اساس شیوه پدیدار شناسی انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری پژوهش نوجوانان دختر 15- 13 سال شهر شیراز بودند که تجربه آسیب به خود بدون قصد خودکشی را داشتند. روش نمونه گیری به صورت غیراحتمالی هدفمند بود و حجم نمونه با توجه به اشباع داده ها 20 دختر نوجوان 13 تا 15 ساله بودند که خودآسیب زنی بدون قصد خودکشی را تجربه کرده بودند. داده ها از طریق مصاحبه های نیمه ساختار یافته جمع آوری شد. فرایند تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها طی سه مرحله کدگذاری (باز، محوری، انتخابی) انجام شد که از طریق آنها کدها و مقوله های اصلی مشخص گردید. نتایج مطالعه نشان می دهد که عوامل فردی یا روانشناختی موثر بر خودآسیب زنی نوجوانان عبارتند از: افکار (نارضایتی از خود، هویت، مذهب)، هیجانات (احساس تنهایی، احساس درک نشدن، تخلیه روانی موقتی، افسردگی، خشم، اضطراب، تنفر، سرکوب احساسات) و رفتارها (راه کنارآمدن، جلب توجه، دستکاری). در میان این عوامل، نقش هیجانات قابل توجه و اساسی بود. به صورت کلی نتایج بدست آمده می تواند به مشاوران در کار با نوجوانانی که به خود صدمه می زنند، کمک کند. همچنین، نتایج می تواند در توسعه و اجرای برنامه های درمانی نوین مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to investigate the individual factors affecting the non-suicidal self-injury in adolescence. The research method was qualitative and phenomenological type. The statistical population of the study was 13-5 year old girls of Shiraz in 2020 that experienced non-suicidal self-injury. The sampling method was non-probability purposive method and the sample size according to data saturation criteria was 20 adolescent girls aged 13 to 15 years who had experienced non-suicidal self-injury. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The data analysis process was performed in three coding steps (open, axial, selective) through which the main codes and categories were identified. The results of the study revealed that the individual factors affecting adolescents' self-harm are: thoughts (self-dissatisfaction, identity, religion), emotions (feeling lonely, feeling misunderstood, temporary mental discharge, depression, anger, anxiety, hatred and repression) and behaviors (styles of coping, attracting attention, manipulating). Among these factors, the role of emotions was substantial and fundamental. In general, the results obtained can help counselors in dealing with adolescents with non-suicidal self-injury. Also, the results can be used in the development and implementation of new treatment plans.
