And as the teacher'slocus of control is more internal, they perceive the flow experience during their class activities. Also, the results indicate that there is a negative and significant relationship between the locus of control and the psychological empowerment of teachers. The correlation coefficient of the locus of control with a competency component of -0.15 was significant at the level of 0.95 (P <0.05). On the other hand, there was no significant relationship between the teacher's locus of control and other components of psychological empowerment. It can be concluded that teachers with internal control in their work environment, experienced the flow and psychologically more powerful.
