ارتباط ویژگی های شخصیتی و راهبردهای مقابله با استرس با خود ناتوان سازی تحصیلی دانش آموزان دختر

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی ارتباط ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و راهبردهای مقابله با استرس با خودناتوان‌سازی تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان دختر بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی، از نوع همبستگی است. نمونۀ پژوهش شامل 200 دانش‌آموز دختر بود که از جامعۀ آماری دانش‌آموزان دختر مقطع دوم و سوم دبیرستان شهر ایلام به‌صورت تصادفی خوشه‌‌ای انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامۀ ابعاد شخصیتی (NEO-FFI)، راهبردهای مقابله با استرس و خودناتوان‌سازی تحصیلی استفاده شد. برای تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها، از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیّری استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از ضریب همبستگی نشان داد که میان بعضی ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و راهبردهای مقابله‌‌ای با خودناتوان‌سازی تحصیلی، ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین، بر‌اساس نتایج رگرسیون چند متغیّری، روان‌رنجورخویی، باز بودن نسبت به تجربه و راهبرد مقابله‌‌ای هیجان‌مدار، به‌عنوان قوی‌ترین پیش‌بین‌های خودناتوان‌سازی تحصیلی بودند. با توجه به نقش و اهمیت ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و راهبردهای مقابله با استرس در خودناتوان‌سازی دانش‌آموزان، پیشنهاد می‌شود آموزش‌و‌پرورش در کنار سنجش‌های گوناگونی که در مقاطع تحصیلی مختلف به‌وجود می‌آورد، بخشی را نیز به سنجش ابعاد روانی و شخصیتی دانش‌آموزان اختصاص دهد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between personality characteristics and academic self-handicapping strategies for coping with the girls. The method used is descriptiveThe sample consisted of 200 students were female. That the second and third level students in Ilam were selected randomly.To collect data from questionnaires character, incapable of coping with stress and Academic Self-handicapping. To analyze the data, Pearson correlation and multiple regression analyzes were used. The results of the correlation coefficient of correlation between certain personality traits and coping strategies with demonstrated academic self-handicapping. Also based on the results of multiple regression neuroticism, openness to experience and emotion-focused coping strategies as the strongest predictor of academic self-handicapping. Considering the role of personality traits and coping strategies of self-handicapping in students, It is proposed to measure education with a variety of different educational levels to bring the part to the psychological and personality assessment, students allocated to that.
