Abstract

Moral intelligence is linked with work and ethics. Multiple research have examined the relationship between moral intelligence. Given that moral intelligence is the ability to distinguish right from wrong, the right choice and ultimately behavior based on ethics. The aim of this study Meta-analysis of moral intelligence based on research conducted in the 88 to 94 and examine the effect of moral intelligencestudies is a meta-analysis. Through reviewing of all relevant research on moral intelligence Which have been published in scientific journals, 9 of which were methodology accepted by the chosen   And meta-analysis was conducted on research.  research tool for the study  was a meta-analysis Check list And the method of Cohen's effect size was used to achieve the overall relationship. The results showed that the overall effect size 9 study under constant model 0.326 was obtained with The average conversion value d to the Z in a normal distribution curve in accordance with the criteria Cohen is a high value. Also, moral intelligence with law-order, communication skills, team leadership, trust, accountability, psychological well-being, friendship, self-esteem and life satisfaction have been significantly correlated with moral intelligence. The highest correlation was found between moral intelligence and well-being Psychological (0.46), communication skills (0.47) and accountability (0.51).
