چکیده
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی ارتباط ساده و چندگانه بین خودکارآمدی و انگیزه پیشرفت با سازگاری تحصیلی انجام شد.جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه دانشجویان کارشناسی سال اول دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز بود که در سال91-90مشغول به تحصیل بودند. به منظور انجام پژوهش، نمونه­ای به حجم 200 نفر (100 پسر، 100 دختر) با استفاده از روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی چندمرحله­ای انتخاب شدند. به منظور جمع‌آوری داده­ها، از پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی عمومی شرر و آدامز (1983)، پرسشنامه انگیزه پیشرفت هرمنس (1970) و پرسشنامه سازگاری بیکر و سیریاک (1989) استفاده شد.نتایج حاصل از تحلیل همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که خودکارآمدی و انگیزه پیشرفت با سازگاری تحصیلی رابطه مثبت دارند. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل رگرسیون نیز نشان داد که وزن ترکیبی خودکارآمدی و انگیزه پیشرفت 37 درصد از واریانس سازگاری تحصیلی را تبیین می­کند. همچنین بر اساس نتایج تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری (MANOVA)، بین دانشجویان سال اول دختر و پسر از لحاظ انگیزه پیشرفت تفاوت معنی­دار وجود دارد.

Abstract
Theaim of this study was to investigate the simple and multiple relationships of self-efficacy and achievement motivation with academic adjustment. The population of this study consistedد                            d the relationship between  of all first yearundergraduate students of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz in 1390-1391. The sample of study consisted of 200 students (100 girls, 100 boys) who were selected randomly by multi-stage random sampling method. The data was collected by general self-efficacy questionnaire Sherer, Hermen’s achievement motivation questionnaire and Measuring adjustment to college of Baker and Siryk (1984).  Pearson correlation analysis showed that positive and significant relationships exist between self-efficacy and academic adjustment; positive and significant relationships exist between achievement motivation and academic adjustment. Regression analysis showed that the combined weight of self-efficacy and achievement motivation can explain 37% of the variance in academic adjustment. Also, MANOVA showed that between male and female first year students in terms of achievement motivation, there are significant differences.
